Mr. Richard 'Dick' Hossom, 56 of Atlanta, passed away January 20, 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents Miles and Muriel Hossom. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Marge Hossom, Norfolk, VA, former wife, Carrie Stephens of Atlanta, sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Sam Curro Birmingham, AL, brothers and sister-in-law, Jerry and Carol Hossom, Atlanta, Chuck Hossom, Pataskala, OH, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Hossom was born in Toledo, OH. He was employed as a Postal Clerk at the Post Office. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Germany. He was a graduate of Staples High School in West Port, CT. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia where he received his degree in Finances. He was of the Presbyterian faith. He was an avid fisherman and an excellent bartender, great friend, and loving brother and son. A Memorial Service for Family and Close friends will be held Sunday, January 25, at 4:30 P.M. at the Colonade Restaurant on Cheshire Bridge Rd. in Atlanta. The remains have been cremated.
